We have Hoosiers that are rationing Insulin and other life saving medications, simply because they’re un-affordable. This is unacceptable. We also have many Hoosiers with pre-existing conditions that are able to be covered by the laws spelled out in the Affordable Care Act. Unfortunately, in some states, like in Indiana, the Attorneys General are trying to kill the ACA and gut protections for folks with pre-existing conditions.

 

     We need to ensure that all Hoosiers have access to quality, affordable healthcare. This includes making sure prescriptions drugs are affordable. It also means protecting those with pre-existing conditions and ensuring that they can get the health coverage they need.
